Tony Robbins Priming Routine is as powerful as the transformation he provides to everyone! 
I found his ritual in "Tools of Titans" by Tim Ferriss.

I'm putting into practise some of the principles he follows, to start a new day feeling great!

Tony Robbins is one of the most inspiring persons you can find on Earth. 

Honestly, take 15 minutes of your day to watch any type of video that is available on youtube from him, and your life will dramatically change.

He just has the “power” (a combination of work and passion) to make you jump with emotion and excitement. He is capable of changing lives in an instant, just by asking you the right questions.

Yes, he is completely awesome! Because he can connect with you, even without seeing or knowing who you are.

One of my goals is to interview Tony Robbins, and I know, someday, I will be able to do it.

So please, if you want to change your life (emotionally, physically, your relationships, your finances, etc) please watch Tony Robbins videos. He has a ton of online coaching programs in his website that are totally worth it.

Just like the most successful people on Earth, Tony Robbins morning ritual is something he follows every single day. He calls it daily “prime” or "priming routine".

It is intended to change his physiology and the state of his mind, getting him ready to face a new day!

But What is Tony Robbins Priming Routine?

1# Cold-water plunge:


You can substitute the plunge for simply taking a cold shower for about 1 minute, or even less.

I have done this myself in the past, and I can guarantee it changes your state radically! After the cold shower, I felt much more excited, happy and ready for the day!

2# Breathing Exercises:

He does some breathing exercises (3 sets of 30 reps) with some weird arms movements, that I actually never understood quite well.

But as an alternative, he recommends the “breath walking” meditation.

It’s really simple to do, and it can be done very quickly.

Basically: Walk while inhaling 4 short times through the nose, and exhale 4 short times through your mouth. Repeat this cycle for one or two minutes.

This two morning preps take less than 4 minutes, so there’s no excuse for not trying and see how you feel.

3# Gratitude:

For 3 minutes he lets himself feel grateful for three things he has in life.

Those don’t need to be very big and awesome achievements.
In fact, one of the things he is grateful for, is really simple and small, like “the wind” on his face.

But he doesn’t only think about 3 things that he is grateful for. He “lets gratitude fill” his soul.

​“When you’re grateful, there is no fear. You can’t be fearful and grateful simultaneously.”

I do this myself every single morning, where I answer 4 simple questions that change the way I feel completely. By only feeling grateful for what I have.

Here are the questions to let gratitude fill your soul (recommended by Tony Robbins):

  1. ​What are you most excited about?
  2. ​What do you feel grateful for?
  3. ​Who loves you? Who do you love?
  4. What are you committed with?



4# God’s presence:

In the next 3 minutes, he focus totally on the presence of God.

But you “want to language that for yourself”. The key is to feel the “inner presence coming in, and feeling it heal everything in my body, in my mind, my emotions, my relationships, my finances.”

It’s a way of feeling a wave of strength, conviction and passion!


5# The 3 goals to accomplish:

The last 3 minutes he focus on the 3 things he wants to achieve and make happen in that day.

Not only that, but he also visualise them as if they were already done

He feels and experiences the emotions and sensations, as if he already accomplished those things he is committed to do.

Please, try Tony Robbins Priming Routine at least once. And see the way you feel and how your day goes after it.

Because, as he said:

“There’s no excuse not to do 10 minutes. If you don’t have 10 minutes, you don’t have a life.”

I can guarantee that a priming routine can change your entire life! It has changed mine!
